We do not accept returns on final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, as indicated at the time of purchase.We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, and jewelry for hygiene reasons.Returns on gift cards or customized/personalized items are not permitted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and be sure to include the RA number on the package.

6. Refund or Exchange:

After receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item in your return request email. We will ship the new item once we receive your return.
